Return or Exchange Policy

Returns and Size Exchanges are allowed one time within 30 days of delivery. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not allowed on leather jackets and coats that are customized or made to order and non-standard sizes. Size Exchanges are allowed one time within 30 days of delivery, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Please check your size against our size chart before ordering. If you fall in between sizes email us your measurements and we will make the item to your size at no additional charge, simply email us your measurements after placing your order to cs@inlandleather.com

- Customized products
- Bulk items (purchases of 3 or more items)
- Non-Standard Sizes 4XL or Plus (can only be exchanged 1 time)
- Real Fur items
Please do not send your purchase back without submitting a request.

No return or exchanges will be permitted for following:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Cancellations are not allowed for custom or bulk orders with exception to cancellation within 12 hours of ordering. Please use the returns link above to submit a cancellation. 

Other Special Exceptions:
If using a BOGO or other discounts for bundle purchases, and refund is requested to replace the original price item, then the discount will be invalidated. Please note only the discounted price will be refunded, not the original price used to validate the discount. 

Please note we ship all international orders via DHL, UPS or USPS any international return will be return or exchanged  according to our policy. Please note paid custom duties and shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Clearance/Bulk items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced and regular sale items may be exchanged without a shipping fee, unfortunately special clearance sale items cannot be refunded. Bulk items are considered 3 or more items from the same customer. They cannot be returned or exchanged, and all sales are final for bulk items.

Refunds (if applicable) 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging or returning your item. Return label will be provided for orders over $250. Shipping costs are non-refundable and original shipping and handling charges will be deducted based on location and package cost; for more than 1 item return will be subject to up to 15% restocking fee. If there is a strong smell of any kind of smoke the product will be considered damaged and will not be accepted for a refund. Depending on your originating address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary from 1-2 weeks. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
